My mother was neglected: malnourished/dehydrated with 3 bed sores and a catherer that was plugged. They were very close to killing her and instead called to tell us that we needed to prepare for end of life. How about a phone call that we can't get your mother to eat or drink and need to have a care conference. I am thoroughly disgusted and ashamed at the lack of care they provided an innocent patient--my mother. They need to be fined heavily for this abuse.
